1. Order Processing
Orders placed before 4:00 PM on any working day will be processed and scheduled for delivery on the next working day. Orders placed after this time will be processed on the following working day.
2. Order Cancellation
The company reserves the right to cancel any order if the customer is unreachable or unavailable at the time of delivery. In such cases, delivery charges are non-refundable.
3. Returns and Exchanges
If a product is delivered with manufacturing damage or a packaging error, customers may request an exchange within 3 days of receiving the item. The product must be returned in its original condition, including packaging and accessories.
4. Delivery Charges
A standard delivery fee of 30 AED applies to all emirates within city limits. Delivery fees may vary for remote or out-of-city areas.
5. Free Delivery Eligibility
Free delivery is applicable for orders that meet the following minimum purchase amounts:
- Dubai: Orders above 600 AED
- Sharjah: Orders above 1,000 AED
- Other Emirates: Orders above 2,000 AED
